We're seeking a highly skilled SC Cleared Principal Azure Cloud Architect ☁️ to lead the design, management, and maintenance of our customers' cloud architectures. You'll champion "cloud-first" adoption, develop cutting-edge cloud solutions, and contribute to the critical infrastructure of the UK Public Sector.

What You'll Do:

• Design & implement best-in-class cloud services leveraging DevOps principles. 🛠️
• Lead technical procurement and assurance for the MODCloud ecosystem.
• Define technical requirements & engage with key stakeholders. 🤝
• Conduct security assessments & testing of cloud-native services. 🛡️
• Support customers with technical queries & architecture alignment.
• Drive cultural change for cloud adoption & mentor team members. 👨‍🏫
• Work closely with the Cloud Centre of Excellence to ensure security & compliance. 🔒
• Develop and implement cloud strategies aligned with GDS standards.
• Participate in a hybrid work model with occasional travel to Corsham, Wiltshire. ✈️

What You'll Need:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies (hands-on experience essential). ☁️
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Architect) preferred. 🏆
• Strong understanding of cloud computing deployment models & Infrastructure-as-Code. 🏗️
• Experience with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. ⏩
• Familiarity with Service Operations & ITIL principles.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills. 🗣️🤝
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines. ⏳
• UK Government SC or DV clearance.
